What I’ve learned about capital T, Trauma May 31, 2019 by Anita Lorraine Moore Leave a comment View this post on Instagram We don't heal our trauma. We don't outgrow it. We can't outrun it. We don't "let go" of it. Trauma lives in our cells. The blessing in this life is our choice to hold it, thank it, understand it, embrace it, and even love it for all it has given us in #resilience and #blessings. #Transform your #perspective #AskForHelp ~ Let your #trauma teach you what you need. Some days you're on it, some days it's on you. Accept that gift. Accept that #cycle It doesn't go away, it IS who you are. Choose to let it #teach you, if not it will anyway and it will only hurt that much more every time. Love all y'all out there living trauma struggles. #IFeelYa Live vulnerably and accept that you may need a hug and an ear vs a drink and a drug. Trust that you're strong AND weak and both are NATURAL. Love yourself for who you are, totally. #MrRogers that shit. #YouGotThis @madelyn_greco @livingbrushbodypaint #LifeLesson #LoveYourself #SelfAcceptance #ItsAProcess #Sobriety #ShadowWork #SaxyTarot #moonchildtarot #lessons A post shared by Anita Lorraine Moore (@anitalorrainemusic) on May 31, 2019 at 7:20am PDT Share this:TwitterFacebookMoreRedditTumblrPinterestLike this:Like Loading...
